Movement is a vital part of our health and well-being. We have created a space that is welcoming to those of us reclaiming our mobility and strength. We keep the classes small with 10 total practitioners in each class. This gives us the able to provide personalized attention, on and off the mat. Your movement will be modified specifically for you and where you're at, so you are safe and know your doing it correctly.
