IT'S MORE THAN A PASSION, IT'S A WAY OF LIFE

My name is Gina Grapov. I am a Certified Massage Tharipist, Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master, Crainial Sacral Practitoner and Yoga instructor practicing in Auburn California. I started this beautiful journey in 2018. Like most of us, I've been through the highs and lows of life. It's not easy and we tend to hold on to unwanted emotions and thoughts, that's where I was when I tried Breathwork for the first time. I was in massage school and  I was stuck in a low, until I found a ladder that changed everything. It was 100 breaths of joy from Judith Kravitz and I felt this beautiful love and warmth. I was guided from my monkey mind into my body and I felt safe. I hadn't felt safe in my body in a long time, a really long time. I knew there was more to my breath and I needed to understand all of it. I took a 100 hour Transformational Breathwork Master track at The Healing Arts Center in Missouri. I was so grateful for the positive changes conscious breathing was making in my and my clients' lives. I understood that this knowledge needs to be shared with everyone. I dove into the world of healing physically, emotionally and spiritually. I started reading everything I could, dove into the research and reached out to others that had been on a similar path. Now I have a deep desire to share this knowledge with others. My passion lies in creating an opportunity for everyone to learn the skill of breathing for health and emotional well being. Showing them they have the power to heal themselves and allow, experience and enjoy their emotions. Then let go and consciously drive their life and be in control of the way they experience the world. We don't have to live with all the trauma of our past. We can let it go and enjoy this moment. What a gift we have right under our noses. 

After we know how to breathe it's free. We have it with us all the time and you can breathe anywhere without anyone noticing.
