Through our day-to-day life emotions of gratitude, love, joy, abundance and safety are not always frequent. However stress, anger, anxiety, sadness, and feelings of not being enough are more common.

 In this course you will learn how to recognize you're emotional patterns, and triggers. We will practice emotional remembering, feel emotions on purpose and be able to guide your emotions back to a place of peace, once they have been triggered. 

This will help you mature emotionally, break old emotional patterns and be able to guide you're life purposefully. Rather than acting automatically from emotional triggers and patterns made before you were fully in control of your own life.
