As the moon creates the ebb and flow of the oceans tides, so does it create ebb and flow within us.

The moon is a symbol of cycles, renewal, divine feminine, spirituality and the flow of life. It is also associated with enlightenment and illumination and our conscious and subconscious. After all, the Moon does shine down on us all 

and illuminates the darkness.
