Ear Candling

What is Ear Candling

Ear Candling, (also called “ear coning”) is a gentle and  stress reducing practice that cleans out earwax and debris from the ear cana.

During the session, a hollow cone made of natural fibers and wax is placed at the entrance of the ear. The cone is lit and you rest comfortably while the warmth and soft crackle create a deeply relaxing atmosphere. The cone is burnt down to about 5 or 6 inches which takes about 20 to 25 minutes, the cone is cut open at the end of this session to see what's left inside.

This session is paired with lymphatic face massage and aromatherapy for migraine and respiratory relief, you'll be tucked in and supported for a restful hour of stillness.

Based on testimonies: ear candling has helped improved conditions associated with sinus problems, allergies, vertigo, tinnitus, migraines, chronic headaches, swimmer's ear, loss of or changes in hearing and balance!

Important note, for safety and transparency: Ear candling is a wellness ritual, not a medical treatment. Research and many medical organizations caution that it doesn’t reliably remove earwax and can carry risks (burns, wax drips, or ear-canal irritation). If you have ear pain, infection, a perforated eardrum, ear tubes, recent ear surgery, significant hearing changes, or unexplained dizziness, it’s best to skip ear candling and consult a licensed medical professional.
